I have the rights to decline the commission request, if I find the request is too difficult or I don't feel comfortable to draw it.

Usually it takes around 3–6 days or more to finish one artwork, depending on the details and difficulty, so please be patient.

My soft deadline is about 5–6 weeks, I will provide further information if there's a delay. Also, please inform me if you need rush the artwork, we can discuss that.

I'm allowed to take a break or draw personal art between commissions in order to avoid burnout. If the client rush me the commission quality might be affected. And I might cancel and not take any commission from that client again if they are being rude or disrespectful.

Client may post the completed commission on their social media accounts, and I allowed post the artwork on my social media and I will tag the commissioner /@. Client may request to refer themselves as anonymous.

The commission work is only for personal use, such as profile picture/banner, printed the artwork to frame them, any non-monetization videos like fanmade mv are okay.

Any form of commercial like promotion, printed and selling them, reselling it as trade, is prohibited. And I strictly prohibit to use them for AI or blockchain applications such as NFTs.

Due of the high AI gen training usage, I will share the two version of the artwork the one glazed with high quality for clients and the glazed (low res) for upload.

Client may dm or fill Google Form or via Vgen first if you are interested in my commission. Clients will fill in the necessary details for their commission.

The maximum number of characters for one commission is two.

After the available slots are filled, I will contact the clients first via the email or social media they provided in the form to ask confirmation about the commission and the payment details as soon as possible.

All commission paid in USD dollars, the tax is already included.

The work will not commence until the payment is received. If I do not receive payment within 2 days after the confirmation, the commission may be cancelled.

Refund may only issued if I have not start the work progress at all.

If client break the ToS refund may not issued.

First come, first served, I will work the commission with the client orders first. And also I will draw one artwork and prioritize the first order before moving on to the next client.

After everything above is done, I'll start working on the sketch first. Clients have the option to request revisions to the sketch. Also, keep in mind that pose or any revisions only during the sketching process.

After the client approves the final sketch, I will start working to the lining and base color first. And send to client to show the progress. Reminder I will not accept revisions during this process, however client may asking revision like fixing or adding small details such as fixing the color, adding or fixing small details.

After approval, I will proceed to the final stage, rendering and adding additional effects.

I will send the high quality artwork version via email client provided on their form, if not the second option is via gdrive (keep in mind that you have to download the image quickly in case I deleted the folder).

For chibi commission I will send the pic in (1500x1500), 300 dpi. Canvas size might changed depends on the pose or character amount.

Head commission (1500x1500), 300 dpi.

Bust-up commission(1500x2000), 300 dpi.

For full body it can be depend on the character height and pose
